We have three priorities at CrossFit Macomb. First and foremost is safety. Your personal safety is more than a priority; it is a core value that we hold. This is why we are so strict on training and executing perfect form when performing any movement. We are trying to broaden your ability and take you outside of your comfort zones, but we want to accomplish that the safest way possible. Nothing is worth getting injured over. Our second priority is efficiency. Time is valuable and it the one thing that we will never get back. We want to consume as little of your time as possible while still obtaining the results that you want. We know you want to get in, get out, and back to living your life. Lastly, our third priority is commitment. This commitment is twofold, yours and ours. Our commitment to you is to provide the best training possible while upholding the first two priorities. However, our commitment is only as good as yours. You have to be disciplined and committed to the program as much as we are in order to see the results that you are striving toward. We hold these priorities in high esteem. It is how we will provide the best results possible at CrossFit Macomb.

CrossFit Macomb was founded by three athletes that shared a passion for fitness and sick of traditional gyms and the worthless programs they offer. We have found that fitness is essential to athletic performance. What we offer is a lifestyle change that will positively effect they way that you perform in life. We train our athletes with simple, quick workouts that target your entire body. We believe that fitness is a lifestyle, which is why we also train our athletes nutritional value. In conjunction with friendly competition, CrossFit Macomb produces a healthy environment of fun and fitness.
