CrossFit Macomb is NOT your average gym.
If you are ready to make changes and get results you never thought possible, then continue below.


You have two options:
(1) Call, text, or email us at crossfitmacomb@gmail.com (email is preferrred) to register for a FREE class.
             or
(2) Sign up and schedule your 1st FREE Class online using our online booking system

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for training, and bring some water.

When you arrive you can expect a general warmup, skill instruction, mobility or strength training, the workout of the day (WOD), more technique work if desired, and finally some light stretching and discussion.

If you've read enough and want to join, sign up for a monthly membership.


If you are new to CrossFit and not ready to jump right in then register for our two week On Ramp Course .



The purpose of CrossFit Macomb’s On Ramp course is to equip you with the tools you need to see results at CrossFit Macomb. The course is a skills development tool to expose you to basic knowledge and movements that will prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes, and is designed to:
  • Introduce you to CrossFit Principles, Methods, and Standards of Fitness.
  • Teach functional movements and relate them to everyday tasks
  • Establish training methods that facilitate measurable results
  • Review the importance of nutrition and diet
  • Prepare you to maximize your health and fitness

The On Ramp is not mandatory to begin at CrossFit Macomb but it is highly recommended. The courses are scheduled by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm or Saturday at 9:00am. If you cannot attend at these times but would still like to go through the courses contact us.
