Seven, one minute, rounds of 30 kettle bell swings of 1.5 pood.
1.5 pood = 55 lbs
If you don't reach 30 reps in the one minute round, count one penalty for each missed rep.
A penalty is one 50ft sprint.
For example, if you only get 22 reps then you have to do 8-50ft sprints.
Scaling for kb swings is 1.5 pood, 1.0 pood, 0.5 pood.
