2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood

  1. Scale back this workout by subbing these exercises.

    Sub muscle-up for pull-up and ring dip
    Sub handstand push-up with incline push-up. You can also pike your butt up in the air to better simulate a HSPU.

    Women use 1 pood for KB swings.
    1 pood = 35 lbs
    1.5 pood = 55 lbs
