5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
 
and
 
Clean and Jerk 135 lbs / 95 lbs
 
This is a partner workout. When your partner finishes the Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats switch exercises so that they can start the Clean and Jerk. Count the total number of reps that you complete of the Clean and Jerk.
