Progression for Handstand Walk is (1) a hand stand against a wall, alternately touch your right shoulder with your right hand then or left shoulder with your left hand, perform 40 "shoulder taps", (2) pike on a box and perform 40 "shoulder taps", (3) plank out from a box and perform 40 "shoulder taps", (4) lastly sub 10 push-ups for the 40 ft Handstand walk.
