Thrusters are a combination of a front squat and and press. Start in the standing front squat position with your elbows high and parallel to the ground. Squat down keeping your chest up and your stomach tight. With power stand up, once your hips are fully extended press the bar overhead. Then return to the standing front squat position. That's one rep.
If you haven't done thrusters before then use a lighter weight.
