Four rounds for time of:
 
7 Muscle-ups
15 Deadlift, 225 lbs / 155 lbs
30 Walking Lunges
 
If you are unable to do muscle-ups, then substitute 1 muscle up for 4 pull-ups and 4 push-ups totaling 28 pull-ups and 28 push-ups in each round.
