3 Power Cleans, 155 lbs / 115 lbs
6 Push-ups
9 Squats / 9 Ring Dips
Rest 1 minute between the 3-minute AMRAP.
Perform squats on rounds 1, 3, 5, and perform ring dips on rounds 2, 4, 6.
Post total number for rounds performed in the six 3-minute AMRAPs.
