As many kettlebell swings as possible in 10 minutes.

Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood / 1.0 pood
Run 200m with Med Ball 20 lbs / 14 lbs

Switch movements when the one partner finishes the run.

Every minute on the minute, stop, yell "Oh Yeah!", then do 7 Push-ups
