A tabata is eight rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of four minutes. You will complete the first tabata movement before starting the next tabata movement for a total of 16 minutes. There is no break between rounds.

Post lowest number of reps for each tabata as well as the total of your 4 scores.
