"Twisted Twenty"
 
With a partner, perform one of the two movements. When either is done with the movement move on to the next one. At the end of the round switch to the opposite movements.
 
20 Sit-ups or Good Mornings 45 lbs / 30 lbs
20 Thrusters 65 lbs / 45 lbs or Wallball 20 lbs/ 14 lbs
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 45 lbs / 30 lbs or Row 200m
20 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pd / 1.0 pd or Star jumps
